Itinerary – Full-Day Huong Pagoda Tour
08:00 AM – Our guide and driver will pick you up from your hotel in Hanoi to begin the scenic journey to Huong Pagoda, located approximately 60km southwest of the city. Along the way, enjoy views of the peaceful countryside and rural landscapes.
10:00 AM – Upon arrival at Ben Duc Wharf, board a traditional sampan boat for a relaxing cruise along the Yen Stream, surrounded by dramatic limestone cliffs and lush greenery. Your first stop will be at Den Trinh (Presentation Shrine), followed by a visit to the charming Thien Tru Pagoda, also known as the Heavenly Kitchen.
12:00 PM – Enjoy a delicious Vietnamese lunch at a local riverside restaurant.
01:00 PM – After lunch, take a round-trip cable car ride up to Huong Tich Cave – the heart of the pagoda complex and one of Vietnam's most sacred pilgrimage sites. Inside the cave, you’ll find ancient stalactites and stalagmites believed to bring luck in wealth, fertility, and prosperity. Visitors often pray at symbolic formations shaped like rice piles or gold and silver trees.
03:00 PM – Return to the boat and row back to the pier. Then hop on the bus for the journey back to Hanoi.
06:00 PM – Drop off at your hotel. End of the tour.
